  Terrible. The guy behind the counter, who I beleive is the owner is very rude. I had questions about the cost of changing 8mm film into a DVD. He looked at me like I has 2 heads. His answers were vague. His flyer in the window was very misleading and I was confused on the process. So I told him I will think about doing that at a later date but asked how much it would cost to just make copies of a DVD of photos. He said $5.00. So I gave hime my DVD. The next day I went there to pick up the order and it was now $9.95. When I questioned it he said it was always that price. Then said '" I don't care, either buy them(I have 4 copies made) of leave." I took my original and left.
